Agreement
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Golden Core Compute website and your initial interactions with us, including access requests and pre-contract communications. By using our website or submitting a request, you agree to this Agreement.
If you enter into a separate written agreement for managed GPU infrastructure services, that agreement controls for the services it covers. This User Agreement still applies to your use of our website and general business relationship unless your signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
Who we are
Golden Core Compute helps customers own physical NVIDIA-powered GPU infrastructure operated in U.S. data centers. We manage sourcing, deployment, hosting, cooling, monitoring, maintenance, and operations so customers can access the physical infrastructure layer behind AI without running servers themselves.
Important: Golden Core Compute is not a financial advisor, investment fund, broker, dealer, or securities offering. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or guaranteed financial returns. Customers own physical hardware. Any operational outcomes depend on utilization, uptime, hosting costs, maintenance costs, hardware performance, AI compute demand, and market conditions.
What we provide
Through our website and business process, Golden Core Compute may provide:
- Educational information about managed GPU infrastructure ownership
- Consultation and qualification for infrastructure access
- Managed sourcing, deployment, hosting, and operations services as described in applicable service agreements
Information on this website is provided for general business and educational purposes. It is not a binding offer, quote, or contract unless confirmed in a signed written agreement.

No guarantees
Golden Core Compute does not guarantee operational benefits, revenue, utilization, uptime, hardware performance, resale value, or any particular financial outcome. Real infrastructure has real variables. You are responsible for evaluating risks before making any purchase or contractual commitment.
